Positive Behavior Support (PBS) programs define and support appropriate behaviors by explicitly teaching students about good behavior and including it as part of the curriculum.

NEW THIS YEAR!
Tokens and the Celebration Station
While the basics of PBS will remain the same (i.e., promoting positive student behavior), there will be a new ‘system’ in place for recognizing an individual’s positive behavior. You may have already heard about the shiny ‘tokens’ that some teachers have begun handing out. These tokens are way for teachers and other staff members at Franklin to connect with children and recognize and reinforce positive behavior. Twice a month each class will have a time to visit the ‘Celebration Station’ to trade their ‘hard-earned’ tokens for a prize.
Parents can also use Franklin's Keys to Success at home to promote a consistent message between the school and home Franklin's Home Keys
