The Denver Broncos, all Fortune 500 companies, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Venus and Serena Williams, the athletes playing for the Littleton Soccer Club, and every teacher in Littleton Public Schools all have something in common. They all have a coach to help them improve their skills and perform at a higher level.   As the Instructional Coach at Franklin Elementary, my duties are wide and varied but all revolve around helping teachers learn, grow professionally, and be better at what they do. Some of my roles include mentoring new teachers with instructional skills, supporting quality and effective classroom instruction for all teachers, facilitating the professional learning of teachers, and modeling continuous learning in the building.
