Franklin Photos is an online upload link that allows members of the Franklin community to submit their digital images to the Franklin Marketing and Communications PTO Committee. See disclaimers for details. 

1. Please review the Disclaimers Regarding Use of Photographs prior to uploading your images. 
2. Once you click on the above link to access the upload window, you will see easy to follow, numbered steps. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE REMEMBER TO TYPE THE NAMES OF ALL PEOPLE IN THE IMAGE at the "ADD A MESSAGE" step PRIOR TO HITTING THE UPLOAD BUTTON.  THIS IS ALSO WHERE YOU MAY ADD A CAPTION FOR THE IMAGE.
3. Wait for the upload to complete, you will see a status bar that will show you the status of the upload.   

DISCLAIMERS REGARDING USE
FRANKLIN PHOTOS DISCLAIMERS REGARDING USE OF UPLOADED IMAGES 

1. All images uploaded via the Franklin Photos upload link may be used at the discretion of the Franklin Marketing and Communications Committee (MCC). 
2. Images uploaded via the Franklin Photos upload link may be used in the following manner:
   • Display in the Franklin school entryway wall mounted digital image frame;
   • Any marketing / advertising materials generated by the MCC;
   • The Franklin yearbook;
   • Any internal school photo board or display;
   • Use by Franklin Staff / Administration as necessary;
   • The Franklin Elementary school web site;
   • Use by the Franklin PTO as necessary;
   • Any other use deemed appropriate by the MCC not specifically listed here. 
3. Names will not be used in conjunction with the posting or publication of any photographs.
4. Images uploaded via the Franklin Photos upload link are subject to the specifications and permissions listed on the Littleton Public Schools Permission Form (which is on file for each student in the Franklin Elementary main office). Prior to use of uploaded images, representatives of the MCC will confirm that every student pictured in any image has agreed to (and provided) the LPS Permission Form to the Franklin Elementary main office.
