Attached you will find the registration form and information sheet about the LPS District Chess Tournament scheduled for Saturday, December 5th at Newton Middle School. Please note that registration forms and fees are due to my office NO LATER than November 18th by the end of the day at 4 PM. The registration fee has remained the same for this year.
